Getting help is as easy as "1, 2, 3"... just follow these simple steps:

    1. Call 704-662-6845 to speak to a technical associate

    2. Receive a unique 6-digit PIN from the technical associate

    3. Enter the PIN below:


Enter your 6-digit PIN code:

When you enter the PIN and click "Connect to associate", you will join a temporary live session where you can be helped. The technical associate will ask you to release control of your system. This is entirely safe and secure. Click here for more info.

The access you give will ONLY be allowed during that session. A small peice of software is briefly installed and automatically removed when the session is completed. Each and every session can only be started by you.
