I met John through a relative. Our personal computer was really giving us problems. My relative told me that John was very easy to work with and could help us with any of our computer problems. Upon calling John, he responded quickly and came to my house to meet me and diagnose our problems. He gave us good advice and taught us things about the computer we did not know. John also linked our computer to his. So now when I have a problem with a computer issue, John can link on to my computer and fix it from wherever he is...remotely!
